Organic beef from Varde Ådal, wrapped in a homemade potato flour bun, smeared with our blue cheese sauce and beer braised onions with “En sang fra de varme lande” from Fanø Bryghus. Finally the burger is topped off with our cold pickled Jalapeños and cold pickled red onions, to create the perfect balance between the heavy umami and the acidity from the pickled veggies.
